June 2009 – The Department of Immigration & Citizenship wins the 2009 Excellence in e-Government Award for Visa Wizard. Crystal Approach provided project management services in partnership with Unisys Australia to implement the system.

August 2007 - Crystal Approach signs an agreement with Unisys to provide application development support.
July 2007 - Crystal Approach signs a deal with Airservices Australia to develop and implement a data tracking system.
February 2007 - Crystal Approach Director, David Mathews, joins the committee of Canberra.Net. Canberra.Net is an ICT industry collaboration cluster whose aim is to promote the appropriate and effective use of .Net technologies in Canberra. Canberra.Net has the backing of Canberra Business Council, the AIIA and Microsoft.
February 2007 - Crystal Approach signs a 6 month extension to the software support head agreement with ASADA.
